In your role as Temporary Administrator you will be part of the Cleanroomshop team who are responsible for serving customers with cleanroom consumables. The team have the dual objective of maximising profitability and customer satisfaction levels.

**Role Responsibilities**

Each member of the CRS team plays a critical part in the delivery of an outstanding level of service to our customers. The Administrator will deliver exceptional service by focusing on the right activities:

- Completing to a high standard all administration tasks for the CRS Sales Hubs, Key Account Manager.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service team and Account Management team to manage website orders and purchase orders. Ensure the accurate processing of all sales orders from the CRS Sales Hubs following the process workflow and using the correct systems (Magento, Sage, CRM).
- Support with stock management by using the Sages MRP systems and liaising with the CRS Procurement team and ensure stock levels for enquiries and orders are being managed.
- To communicate and interact proactively with the Procurement Team, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, Sales and Customer Service Representatives and other departments to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time for our customers.
- Booking orders onto internal and external courier/booking in systems.
- Updating Power BI (a system used to track all Key Account Manager orders)
- Sourcing certificates from supplier websites and sending to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales administration role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Must be able to work as part of the team
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills

**Benefits**

- Monday to Friday, flexible working between 9am-5pm (Negotiable)
