Graduates from all technical streams are eligible. As new recruits, they will partner and network with the global IBM community while working alongside Top Talent. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- College diploma/Bachelor Degree with 2:2
- Willingness to be assigned to Client locations (as needed)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Demonstrated history of achievement in academics, internships or work experience, preferably involving business and technical coursework
