This role is funded through the C&IoS Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF), Investment Priority: Supporting Local Business. Led by University of Plymouth, (Success Through Research, Innovation and Development Excellence) STRIDE seeks to provide RD&I bespoke business support advice to businesses across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (C&IoS). Working in collaboration with the STRIDE team, this role will support the facilitation of University based specialist knowledge and expertise, delivering a progressive service which supports business growth through the medium of knowledge exchange, academic engagement and University assets.

You will act as a conduit between the world of business and the University of Plymouth; working through the Enterprise Solutions team to enhance relationships and collaborations that are borne out of the STRIDE Programme. As the project supports businesses across C&IoS, the STRIDE project team are based at the Pool Innovation Centre in Cornwall. Occasional travel to meet with the team may be required.

There is an essential requirement within this role that you will be required to travel to and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Please refer to the job description for further information.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2025 due to funding.
