This is an exciting role for an experienced administrator, working within a lighting wholesaler and distribitor. You will be working with the sales team and Company director to process orders, quotes and other customer requirements. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who loves speaking to customers and building a rapport and works well in a small team environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a varied role which has at the heart of it, the interaction with customers.
- Processing sales order
- Processing and managing quotes
- Liaising with the sales team and agents
- Dealing with customer enquiries - product based or order based
- Processing customer returns or order queries
- Liaising with shipping companies
- Inputting information into CRM systems
- Organizational skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of LED lighting could be an advantage
- Computer literate - MS Office - in particular Excel and CRM package experience essential
- Sage Line 50 experience ideal, but not essential

In return our client can offer a salary of between £25,000 - £28,000, plus bonus and other benefits.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
