Key responsibilities of this post will include providing support to manage the outsourced planned maintenance and reactive breakdown service in accordance with the contract specification and key performance indicators, the delivery of revenue funded maintenance works and supporting the Capital Works programme.

You will be a key member of the Estates team with a focus on customer satisfaction ensuring that we continue to deliver a first class service.

**Main responsibilities (in summary) will include**:

- Supporting the management of contractors and the delivery of an effective PPM and reactive breakdown service and the production and delivery of a 5 yearly capital plan for the Trust's estate
- Supporting Estates staff ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and non-statutory regulations including HTM's
- Supporting the implementation and management of long term plans for facilities management
- Ensuring that works are being carried out safely following standard operating procedures, risk and method statements, COSHH and permits to work (where required) for hard FM tasks
- Ensuring that the estate asset register is up to date and is fully maintained
- Management of the Trusts property terrier
- Provide technical and administration support to the Estates team, ensuring that records are kept up to date
- Engage with customers and stakeholders in establishing work requests, including carrying out quality checks on completed works
- Make recommendation for works to be carried out and request purchase orders
