Neway is looking for a Housing Estate Cleaner to join our client based at Southwark Council.

This role is starting asap, working Monday to Friday between 8 am to 3 pm, initially for a 3 month contract that is likely to be extended.

Pay Rate is £13.23 p/h PAYE (equivalent to £16.72 umbrella)

CLEANING DUTIES

a. To carry out cleaning duties as instructed by the Estate Manager on weekly basis, and to work to a weekly/monthly worksheet in relation to all internal areas and open/communal spaces on the estate.

b. With the aid of equipment supplied (including mechanical and/or electrical equipment) and using the recommended methods of sweeping, washing and mopping, to achieve a high standard of cleanliness in our blocks including high rise towers and on the estate.

c. To clean internal windows of all blocks.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £13.23-£16.72 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
