**Cleaning Operative**

**Salary: £13 per hour**

A Cleaning Operative is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

**What does a Cleaning Operative role entail**:

- Sweeping/litter picking of internal communal areas
- Sweeping and mopping of lifts
- Sweeping and mopping of internal communal areas
- Cleaning of block entrance doors and screens
- Cleaning of internal fixtures and fittings
- Graffiti removal
- Fly-tip/bulk furniture removal
- Un-blocking chutes
- Wall washing
- Maintenance of vinyl flooring
- Cleaning of internal face of glazing

**Requirements for the Cleaning Operative role**:

- Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience

**Benefits of the Cleaning Operative Role**:

- Monday to Friday 09.00am - 15:00pm
- Weekly Pay
