We are looking for energetic, driven, and professional cleaners who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our clients, through good hygiene and high standards. Cleaning private homes as part of a friendly team and must be able to work to high standards. Experience in cleaning is desired but not essential.

Work Area: London and Surrounding areas

Hours Of Work: ZERO HOURS CONTRACT (This position will suit someone who is flexible and looking for additional hours of work)

Days: Monday to Sunday (FLEXIBLE)

**Salary**: £10.50-11.00 Per Hour

Job Objectives and Responsibilities:

- Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, windowsills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Vacuuming of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Be able to competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g., soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks (if contractual).
- Clean communal kitchen areas (if contractual).
- Maintain and Clean equipment after each use
- Maintain and keep a schedule of cleaning records as requested

Personal Skills and attributes:

- Must be Physically fit
- Reliable
- Friendly
- Positive attitude
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Previous experience in cleaning environment (Desirable)
- Be very thorough and pay attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques preferable
- A strong customer focused approach
- Be able to work without supervision
- Be able to follow a schedule and work to deadlines
- Good timekeeping and personal presentation skills

Successful Applicants will need:

- Be willing and able to commute to specifically designated work location
- Provide or be willing to undergo a DBS Check
- PPE - Uniform, Gloves, Masks, Safety Glasses, Hand sanitizer
- Have knowledge of public safety and security
- Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
- Can organise as well as prioritise your time and workload accordingly
