**Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship position at Knight Bishop Ltd**

**Apprenticeship overview**:

- ** Salary**:£6.40 an hour, pay increase after 12 months
- **Working week**: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week (hours to be confirmed)
- **Expected duration**: 15 months
- Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
- **Location**: 193 Well Street, Hackney, London, E9 6QU

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Someone who is keen to be mostly based in the office and work on our existing database.
- Calling off market landlords, calling buyers of our own properties to see how they are getting on and see if there is an opportunity to rent their property out, possibly re sell it one day etc.
- Someone who can be the lead on canvassing, so create campaigns etc and even canvass physically along with members of the team.

**Specific vacancy requirements**:

- Someone who is confident and motivated
- Good communication and customer service over the phone, good telephone manner
- Loves selling and is also organised as will need to diarise after each call
- Someone who is also keen to get out the office, active and canvass

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

Possible progression into full-time employment for the right applicant upon completion of their apprenticeship

**Qualifications**:
**Must have** Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional skills in English
