**Apprenticeship summary**:
Contract: 16 months Fixed Term Apprenticeship Contract

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 10am-5pm, 30 hours per week.

Wage: £6.40 (Paid Monthly)

Holiday: 28 days holiday (Bank Holidays not included)
Notice Period: 1 Month

Training Provider: LMP Education (Rated 8th best apprentice provider in UK) Training will be delivered online.

Requirements: Applicants to have achieved English and/or Maths grade C/4 or above or functional skills Level 2.

**Key Duties**:
Arranging and attending sales and lettings viewings.
Calling and following up with leads.
Providing excellent customer relations.
Systematically registering new applicants.
Researching and planning marketing activities.
Meeting and greeting potential clients.

Customer oriented.
