We are currently seeking an Asset Performance Analyst to join our team based in Warrington. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the Asset Performance Model (APM). You’ll lead on the management, analysis and publication of portfolio performanceintelligence along with providing analytical support for asset and portfolio reviews and appraisals.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Build strong working relationships with peers across the group to develop a thorough understanding of the profile and performance of the neighbourhoods in which Torus operates.
- Produce the financial index for the APM including the use of activity based costing principles to apportion costs
- Produce the environmental index for the APM including calculating appropriate customer income estimates
- Combine results of the financial, environmental and social indices to produce the APM
- Provide analysis of underlying costs to drivers to support assessments of portfolio performance and reviews of underperforming assets
- Convert data into meaningful information by using intuitive visualisations and tables
- Combine data and intelligence provided by the strategy team with asset performance data to provide insights and support asset / portfolio reviews

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Hold a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification.
- Have extensive experience of managing, processing, analysing and reporting on asset performance data.
- Have experience of analysing quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to provide insights and make appropriate recommendations.
- Have experience of using activity based costing principles and a sound understanding of the cost base of a housing provider.
- Have experience of validating and cleansing large complex data sets, liaising with stakeholders to understand and verify data.
- Have strong analytical problem solving skills.
- Be capable of anticipating reactions to change and suggest appropriate responses.
