**About us**

Alderton Accountancy is a small growing Accountancy Practice in Ilford, Essex. We have a close office environment and work closely with our clients.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for liaising with clients and acting as the main point of contact at Alderton accountancy for all Payroll, CIS, and Pension enquiries.
- Preparation and execution of monthly/weekly Payroll for clients. This includes processing starters, leavers, overtime, holidays, SMP, SPP etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll
- Deal with HMRC on behalf of Client regarding Payroll matters.
- Help to assist producing contracts of employment for clients when required.
- Ensuring payroll journals are posted correctly to relevant accounting software from payroll software.
- Preparing and submitting year end procedures for P60 and P11d’s.
- Administering auto-enrolment and processing pension requirements.
- Liaising with Pension providers on behalf of client.
- Collecting and processing CIS returns for registered CIS clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. 5 years minimum experiance required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and need to have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £ 30-35k per year depending on experience

**Qualifications**
- Payoll and Pension Experiance: 5 years (required)
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Working time**:

- 9.15 am to 17.45 pm (Lunch break 13:00pm to 13:45pm)

**Work Location**:

- London IG2 7JD: Commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Only required in one location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
