At Our Special Angels we provide childcare for children with SEND during the school holidays. We are recruiting for the summer holidays 26th July to 1st September (weekdays only) working hours are 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

We are based at Wilson Stuart School in Erdington. We are looking for 10 Playworkers to:
Welcome children & parents.

Ensure breaks and lunchtimes are properly supervised

To plan and deliver a wide range of activities to support physical and emotional wellbeing of children attending OSA.

**To be considered you must have**:
Experience working with children on the Autistic Spectrum.
- Good communication skills.
- Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
- Sensitivity and understanding.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Knowledge of safeguarding.
- Have a DBS and subscription to the update service.

**In return**:

- All training will be provided.
- You will be paid a competitive rate of £10 per hour.

**You must have**:

- DBS on the update service.
- Right to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- working with children on the Autistic Spectrum: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS on the update service (required)
