Play and Recreation Facilitator

Play and Youth Service team currently have a vacancy for a permanent 30 hours per week Play and Recreational Facilitator. The Play and Youth Service team is part of the Surgery Division at Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital.
Play and Youth Service team consists of Health Play Specialists, Youth Workers, Play and Recreation Facilitators, Play and Recreation Workers and Reception/administration support. The team work closely with the Nursing admission team.
We require a motivated, enthusiastic, fun, friendly flexiable individual to join our team.
The post holder will be based in the Play and admissions Centre and will be responsible for providing general and therapeutic play and recreation, welcoming and sign posting patients and families, visitors, external providers and members of the trusts multidisciplinary team.
