Community Care Team Leader

**Job Title**: Community Care Team Leader/Senior Care Assistant.
**Rate of Pay**: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour + 35p per mile.
**Location**:Congleton & Surrounding Areas
**Hours**: Full-Time contract upto 40 Hours per week. Shifts will be on a rota basis Monday - Sunday between 7am-10pm.
**Warm Welcome Bonus**: £350
At React Homecare, as a Team Leader, you'll provide assistance with meals and nutrition, administer medication, support with shopping/domestic duties, as well as assisting with personal care.
In addition to assisting with personal care, you will have team leadership responsibilities and support in mentoring new recruits. These duties include care plan assessments, reviews, quality monitoring, and conducting spot checks.

**Requirements**:
- Supportive and good communicator, forming strong relationships and showing empathy.

- Team Leader role is dynamic; must think quickly and adapt to change.
- Essential: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, plus relevant medication and care experience.
- Full UK driving license and access to personal vehicle is required.
