We are excited to offer the opportunity for the following full-time, permanent vacancy within our Growing Department, based in Faversham, Kent.

**Spray Operator**
- You will be a self-motivator with clear aspirations to pursue a career in growing
- You will have the ability to work on own initiative & under pressure
- You will have an understanding of chemistry (preferred)
- You will be flexible in terms of working hours
- You will have the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- You will have great verbal and written communication skills in English
- You will have PA1 and PA6A spraying certificates (required)

Full-time working hours will be provided, however, start and finish times will vary and working weekends will be also required. It is important that we keep our plants healthy and because of this, the spraying may take place in the late evenings or into the late nights.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faversham, ME13 9EJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Painting: 1 year (preferred)
