Spray Operator

Our 50ha farm in Kent compromises of 31ha of tunneled crop and 19ha of glasshouse which provides 45% of our Group volume strawberry production.

We have an opportunity for a Spray Operator who will be responsible for our 19ha of glasshouse ensuring our strawberry plants are free from disease and weeds throughout the season, from planting through to harvest.

- You will be a self-motivator with clear aspirations to pursue a career in growing
- You will have the ability to work on own initiative & under pressure
- You will have an understanding of chemistry (preferred)
- You will be flexible in terms of working hours
- You will have the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- You will have great verbal and written communication skills in English
- You will have PA1 and PA6A spraying certificates (required)

Full-time working hours will be provided, however, start and finish times will vary and working weekends will be also required. It is important that we keep our plants healthy and because of this, the spraying may take place in the late evenings or into the late nights.
