We are looking for a competent production assistant who is intuitive of the Neptune Brand to join our creative team, based in our UK Support Office. This is a full-time role, reporting into the Art Director. We are looking for an organised and efficient individual to assist in the production of both photography and motion shoots, particularly our seasonal lifestyle shoots, customer case studies and production schedule and booking's in our in-house photographic studio. You'll work closely with the content team to create and follow briefs and manage requests from all internal departments. Within this role you will also be required to travel.

Day to day you'll be responsible for:

- Working closely with the product development team on delivery and timeliness of product samples and all logístical aspects of shoot production to ensure creative output matches high standards, while bringing a solution-focused positive approach
- Developing production timelines to define key dates in wider businesses critical path for seasonal content delivery, keeping close communication with internal teams to ensure each campaign is met on time
- Updating annual finance spreadsheets to track budget vs spend, ensuring all supplier invoices are processed efficiently and documented accurately, to ensure all photoshoot production meets agreed budget
- Supporting with building a good network of photographers, videographers, editors and stylists to ensure style consistency across all output channels
- Overseeing the delivery of assets, including sign off with the Art Director, uploading to our online library system, accurately tagging and sharing with relevant teams
- Managing end to end production of photoshoots for Neptune in the execution of lifestyle and editorial photography and video. This includes, but is not limited to: Supplier & talent bookings, location bookings and negotiations, prop hire payments, courier & delivery bookings, catering and travel on photoshoots, *product sample packing & unpacking, Neptune product stock ordering and processing of returns.

We are looking for someone who shows initiative in day to day activities and is keen to learn. It would be ideal if you have knowledge and experience in production, ideally within the retail industry and an understanding of campaign processes. You'll also be a strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills whilst being proactive and using your own initiative.
