We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for processing and quoting incoming sales enquiries for spare parts swiftly and accurately. The enquiries come from all over the world. This is a fun and friendly place of work, excellent training provided working for a great team

**Main Duties**
- Identifying and providing costs for spare parts.
- Ordering parts from supplier base.
- Challenging and developing supplier base to ensure value for money.
- Maintain records on both the sales and operations IT systems.
- Selecting, packing, and delivering parts to multiple UK locations.

**Desirable Skills/Attributes**:

- A technical/mechanical aptitude is also an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service background or aptitude.
- Sound relationship building skills.
- Cross-discipline team working.
- Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations.
- Excellent time management and personal organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to work closely to instructions.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office and able and willing to pick up other IT systems.
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
