We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join a professional team at CPF Claims.

Elsworth Associates Ltd trade as CPF Claims and are an FCA regulated claims management company who strive to achieve first class results as well as client satisfaction. We pride ourselves on innovation, clarity and a high success rate making us one of the UKs leading companies in our sector.

Based at our central Wrexham office the main purpose of the role will be to provide administrational support to the claims team with a view to later career progress.

Core responsibilities:

- Administration of client documents and letters
- Support the data integrity requirement for the business and maintain our bespoke CRM system

Key Competencies Needed:

- Strong communication skills and good telephone manner.
- Ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands.
- Adaptable to change.
- Problem solving approach.
- Good organisational skills.
- Self-motivation and good use of initiative.
- Ability and willingness to multitask.
- Work as part of a team with a “can do” attitude.
- Capability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising and managing own workload.

Ideal applicants will need to be Educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be IT literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
