An exciting manufacturing company are looking to recruit an Operations Technician to work 4 on 4 off days & nights. Being responsible for operating test rigs, conducting analysis of manufacturing process and data. You will have experience working withinchemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industries and operating high temperature laboratory equipment or test rigs.

As an Operations Technician your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
- Ensuring the safe and continuous running of equipment used for the test and development.
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process equipment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
- Monitor the continuous running and test and development equipment and report and inconsistencies to the Lead Operations Technician.
- Follow test and development equipment operating procedures.
- Implement operations and maintenance procedures, policies and safe working practices for your areas of responsibility.
- Ensure a clear and concise shift change handover.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes.

An exciting opportunity for a Lead Operations Technician with the following.
- Degree, HNC or Level 3 qualified within Engineering, Science, Chemistry or similar background.
- Previous background of operating test rigs, laboratory equipment and operating high temperature process equipment.
- Able to read and work from P&ID diagrams and engineering drawings.
- Experience or exposure working within in Chemical, Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.
- Positive thinking and self-motivated individual with good communication skills.
- Happy to work a 4 on 4 off days & nights shift pattern.
