Contract Scotland has immediate opportunities for experienced customer service professionals to join our client, based in Bathgate, as a Claims Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with an employee focussed business.

You will be office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Working as part of a supportive team, in a busy and fast paced environment, your duties will include:

- Gathering documents and files together in preparation for submission.
- Methodically check each section of the document to ensure all details are accurate.
- Update spreadsheets to track invoices/claims.
- Input information onto company database.
- Audit spreadsheets, database and documents to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure accuracy of documents submitted and resolve queries
- Deal with incoming calls and answer queries.
- Delivery of the Service Level Agreements/client specifications to ensure business is credited for works completed.
- Assisting with any other adhoc tasks as required.

You must have experience of working in an administration based position and will have the ability to work accurately whilst achieving all agreed timescales. You must be confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
