Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board the Coach
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with their needs
- Conduct safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers
- Respond to passenger inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking from the Coach

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
