**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support from initial enquiry to tender submission, including bid writing input across various scales of projects and submissions.
2. Manage the in-house CRM database and monitor dedicated opportunities software such as contracts advance.
3. Take ownership of client portals/frameworks, handling daily alerts and maintaining portal logins.
4. Edit and proofread material thoroughly to ensure accuracy and grammatical correctness.
5. Collaborate with the compliance and commercial teams to develop compelling bid responses.
6. Review all client documents before bid launch meetings.
7. Work with the Commercial Manager to develop clear win strategies for each bid, ensuring compelling win themes.
8. Manage and contribute to written proposals, focusing on content and presentation.
9. Ensure timely achievement of timescales at each step of the bid process.
10. Review client feedback to implement lessons learnt for future bids

**Requirements**:
Minimum one year of experience in bid writing or a related field.
Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in managing administrative tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a drive for success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
