**Location - Mablethorpe**

Sellick Partnership are with an organisation in the Lincolnshire area who are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join their team on a Temporary basis

**Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative include**:

- Working on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Painting and Decorating
- Undertaking any repairs as necessary
- Tiling - renew ceramic wall tiling
- Ensuring that all work has been carried out both effectively and efficiently

**Criteria of the Multi Skilled Operative**:

- Trade background with NVQs or City & Guilds (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License
- Lives local to the Mabethorpe area.
