**Salary**: Circa 50k dependant on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Will work with stakeholders across the capability to ensure that relevant processes and documentation are in place and are reviewed on a regular basis
- Deliver reports and metrics when required on services or products
- Helping to establish, implement and maintain a Skills & Training Academy across the Enterprise IT Cyber teams
- Undertake Stakeholder engagement as required, dealing with ad hoc queries, reporting, Service Improvement Plans, lessons learned
- Manages the development of new or improved practices and organisational processes or standards and facilitates localised improvements to the quality system or services

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- Experience of analytical thinking with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations
- Experience in working in a Service Management/Service Delivery Management environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills

**Desirable**
- Experience of operating in a training co-ordinator capacity
- Understanding of cyber security
- Trained a to ITIL foundation and either appropriate ITIL Intermediate or other appropriate capability training
- Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. HNC / Prince 2 Foundation / Computer Science Degree)

**The Cyber Security Service team**:
The team works alongside cyber security technical and assurance specialists to facilitate the delivery of an outcome focused and repeatable cyber service. This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and delivery of services. A principle of continual service improvement is used to mature and enhance the cyber security capabilities through process improvement and performance management, extending also to embedding service principles into the design and implementation of new cyber security capabilities.
