Although we take a hybrid approach, we still talk regularly to ensure maximum communication across the board. Your day-to-day will also include but is not limited to:

- Attend daily scrum meetings
- You will be offered the opportunity to take the ISTQB certification
- You’ll work alongside our development and PM teams to deliver new sites and develop existing sites
- Typical products our QA team works with are Magento2, Drupal, and Umbraco.
- We use Jira for bug tracking/planning and test devices via online testing tools

**What will my day look like?**:
As a Mid-level QA, you will be working with our team to work across multiple platforms including but not limited to Magento, Drupal and Umbraco platforms. You will also be responsible for bug tracking via Jira and test planning.

You’ll be using test devices via online testing tools as well in your day-to-day. Attending daily scrum meetings to provide updates on projects working closely with the test lead and head of QA. Our team is also moving into the automation space, so there will be plenty of opportunity to grow your skill set in this area as well.
- Attend daily scrums - With the QA team and project teams
- Lead test efforts on projects
- Document and track bugs using Jira
- Create bespoke test plans for our clients
- Review technical specifications
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate test efforts

**Key Skills & Qaulities**:

- A proven background in QA
- Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to asking questions to obtain information
- A keen eye for detail
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to build good working relationships
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- 3 + years of previous experience

**Location**:Our head office is in Manchester city centre (Ancoats) - we adopt a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week)

**Salary: DOE**
