This company specialise in domestic construction including home extensions and loft and basement conversions across London and in the West Midlands. They are one of the largest domestic firms in London and are looking to continue expansion across the UK.With a great reputation in the industry they have a great pipeline of work and are looking to take on a Sales & Delivery Manager for the West Midlands location to oversee prospective clients and current projects.

In this role you will be remotely based, working from home and out on sites across the West Midlands. You will visit the offices in Oxfordshire approximately once a month. This is a dual role in which you will be responsible for going to visit prospectiveclients and completing site surveys for the work desired, you will take measurements and recordings to later provide a quotation of works. During these visits you will be selling the all encompassing package the business offer compared to their competitors.

The other responsibilities of this role lay in Delivery Management where you will go out to live sites and ensure all projects are running smoothly, liaise with contractors, with the client, resolving any disputes and acting as the point of contact for theclient to deal with. This is in line with the company providing an brilliant service to their clients.
