Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading global Logistics business in the heart of Hull who are looking to add a Customer Account Manager to their expanding team.

**Duties to include**
- Processing orders
- Offering information and guidance on Supply Chain solutions
- Escalate issues and resolve queries
- Process clearance documentation
- Liaise with shipping lines
- Coordinate customs compliance
- Taking responsibility for documentation relating to import and export
- Updating systems
- Striving for continuous improvement

**You will have**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fantastic IT skills
- Be a problem solver
- Logistics experience ideal
