Summary:
Our client an established family owned business with impressive growth are looking for a customer account manager to be an integral part of their business and their sales support function. The customer account manager will be responsible for maintaining, developing,and strengthening relationships with key clients combined with undertaking a small amount of new business to warm clients. The service that the customer account manager provides to clients will be of the highest standard and offers continued support, efficientservice and solutions when required. In the customer account manager role, you will be happy to develop relationships with new clients to help drive the growth of the company further. As customer account manager you will be rewarded for your exceptional workethic, drive, ambition, and team effort. This is a business that cares about its' employees and listens to personal development requests. A great opportunity that could suit some with an internal sales / sales administration background looking for enhancementor an account manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a successful growing business with new national projects.
The role itself
- Managing the relationships with key clients
- Day to day liaison with accounts to ensure orders are running smoothly
- Customer service both via telephone and face to face where required
- Solving any problem with a solution
- Liaison with other arms of the business factory and procurement
- Stock level monitoring ensuring data
- Liaising with production and other internal departments
- Dealing with general queries from inbound calls and team mailboxes
- Send out promotional material

- A proven track record in working with key clients and providing a high level of customer service
- Confident in talking to clients over the telephone with an inquisitive nature
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of MS packages particularly Excel (sage an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast paced business
- Genuine interest in a career and development as the business continues to grow
