We are looking for **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT SECRETARY** for our NHS client **( **one at York and one at Scarborough ).

JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the provision of Administrative or Secretarial support to staff within a designated Department/Area. May be responsible for the supervision of other support staff, for example, Audio Typists.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To create, amend and implement work plans for new and existing cleaning standards

2. Updating and planning work around the revised cleanliness charters

3. Planning and designing rotas to correspond with the new cleanliness standards

4. Updating cleanliness checklists and chlor clean sheets

5. Working with managers to produce and disseminate consultation documents

6. Arrange, support and minute meetings

7. General admin duties in relation to the National Cleaning Standards work

8. May receive adhoc requests from Operational and Senior Management

9. Placing of orders and associated duties with orders, such as receipt and distribution

10. Implementation and monitoring of various systems and processes

11. Diary management of self and managers

Skills required are:
1. ECDL qualified or equivalent (proof of qualification required) - proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint specifically

2. Minute taking

3. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team

4. Excellent time management skills in delivering work

** Start ASAP for 6 months**
** Pay rate £11-12/h**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
