**Job Specifications**
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative and engaging educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of the children in our care.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, encompassing health and safety standards, safeguarding protocols, and Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
- Engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities to enrich your skills and expertise in childcare practice, leadership, and management.
- Foster positive relationships with families, acting as a point of contact for communication and collaboration, and providing support and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the coordination and management of resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that they are utilized effectively to support the delivery of high-quality childcare services.
- Relevant Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent working with children and young people)
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Level 3
- Restraint Training
- UK Driving License
- Business Insurance
- Flexibility: Availability to take on locum assignments throughout the year, with the flexibility to accept occasional shifts or extended blocks of work.
- Skillset: Clinical skills, good communication abilities, teamwork, and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations.
