Bar Team Member

Bar Staff
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve drinks and food
- Prepare and mix beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to sanitation standards
- Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Bartending experience is a plus, but not required
