Claims Investigator

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:
- Authorisation of claims.
- Administration and authorisation of product returns.
- Investigation of missing cages and missing stock.
- Communication with internal departments (warehouse & transport).
- Communication with customers and update of stock redelivery
- Monitoring of CCTV to verify customer claims.
- Identifying reasons for errors and liaising with supervisors for corrective action to be taken regarding errors.
- Collating and distribution of information regarding errors.
- Distribution of data on the information and communication boards.
- Liaising with logistics departments including any short dated lines.
- Requesting stock checks to verify claims.
- Missing cage investigation at time of loading.
- Supporting Stock Control functions
