This is an opportunity to support our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC). As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be helping in managing complaint cases and liaising across the AASC to ensure quality standards are met and achieved. This roleis pivotal in supporting the business and its vision to delivering a great customer service experience.

**Day to day you’ll be involved in**:

- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders across AASC contracts and Serco.
- Monitoring and management of Complaints and Feedback Mailbox, processing complaints and adhering to responses, KPI timescales and requests.
- Attending and participating in team briefs and meetings, training and appraisal processes.
- Gatekeeping compliance and quality throughout the complaints process.

**Preparing for your recruitment journey**:
Our provider will require you to take a skill scan and undertake initial assessments if selected for the apprenticeship.

You must have GCSE Grade A-C or 9- 4 under the new grading system in Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent) or L2 Functional Skills.

This role might require travel with the UK and requires a valid UK driver’s license.

A VALID UK passport is required for this role
