We are representing a small friendly safe & security supplier with a family ethos in the UK. They are searching for an experienced individual to oversee their E-Commerce website.

This role would suit someone who likes working independently and cracking on with their own work but that wouldn't mind an office environment.

Some training is provided where needed.

**Day in the Job**:

- Manage the eCommerce Platform Development & User Experience (UX).
- Make suggestions to improve the customer journey through the website to improve the conversion rate.
- Manage 3rd party supplier relationships (you are required to occasionally speak on the phone).
- Utilise analytics from the B2C website to report on & improve performance.
- Tweaking online content & updating stock.
- Come up with strategies to improve performance.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience is preferable (if less still please apply)
- Shopify experience is essential.
- SEO, PPC, Google Ads & Content Management experience/knowledge is essential.
- Strong English is essential.
- Good communication skills - you may occassionally need to take phone calls.
- Enthusiastic
- Deal well under pressure.
- Microsoft Excel competency.

Full-Time, Employed, 40 hours per week.

8:30 am-5:30 pm, 1-hour break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
