**Overview**:
Odelia Care Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced child care professional with a Level 3 NVQ in Child Care. This role involves providing a range of support from practical help to intensive care for families within their homes. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality, tailored care and support to children and families in their own homes.
- Coordinate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively.
- Participate in team assessments and collaborate actively with other team members to monitor and enhance care strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of care activities, observations, and communications.
**Qualifications**:
- Must possess a Level 3 NVQ in Child Care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in child care or family support roles.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of effectively working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs of families.
