We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The Queens in Crough End. As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in creating exquisite dishes for our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for fresh food cookery. We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through tips.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including free meals on shift, 30% discount for you and your friends and family across B&P and our group, and a NEST pension scheme. We also have a cycle to work scheme, referral bonus program, and flexible pay options through Wagestream.

About you: You may have experience as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. If you are passionate about cooking and want to take your skills to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
