**Handover Specialist**

As a Handover Specialist you are a vital member of the team interacting with our customers when they collect their new vehicle. By creating a memorable experience and being their point of contact with delivery updates, you make our customers feel valued throughout the process. This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm with occasional Saturday work required.

Being part of Hawco Group you will be working for one of the few remaining family owned car retailers which has over 65 years’ experience delivering excellent service to motorists in the north of Scotland.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate the handover collection process for new and used vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is completed prior to the vehicle being collected
- Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Liaise with sales, service and valeting departments to ensure vehicle is ready at the specified time
- Upsell additional products to the customer based on customers’ needs and wants
- Check that any vehicles due to be collected have the correct accessories fitted
- Organise any gifts that will be required for the handover and create a personalised and unique experience for each customer
- Upon handover, effectively explain the vehicles features, making the experience memorable for the customer
- Introduce and explain the benefits of the digitally networked world of Audi
- Set up individual digital customer accounts for MY AUDI digital portal
- Carry out follow up calls after the vehicle has been collected, answering any queries the customer may have
- The role is varied and involves responsibility, balancing multiple priorities and operating to deadlines.

What you'll need:

- A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service
- An interest in motor vehicles and associated technology
- Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experienced in using social media within an organisational context
- A warm, genuine and engaging personality with the ability to communicate effectively
- Enthusiasm for sales and providing a seamless experience for customers
- Ability to prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively
- Smart personal appearance
- The ability to work closely with colleagues and become an integral team player
- A full and valid UK driving licence
