**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
- Trim trees and shrubs.
- Operate mowers, tractors, and other power equipment.
- Inspect outdoor areas for potential hazards.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as raking leaves, cleaning gutters, and shoveling snow.
- Perform minor repairs to outdoor structures such as fences and decks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.

The owner is suggesting 3 days a week in Spring and Summer Time, 2 days a week in Autumn and 1 day per week in Winter this is flexible and open to negotiation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
