**Overall Purpose of the post of**
**Apprenticeships Coordinator**:

- You will be instrumental in developing relationships with employers, potential apprentices and programme teams within the University, helping to make the process from initial enquiry through to enrolment as smooth as possible whilst ensuring that compliance procedures are followed.- The Apprenticeship Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and significant growth of Degree Apprenticeships at Oxford Brookes University.**Qualifications and Experience for the post Apprenticeships Coordinator**
- You will need to communicate effectively with different audiences at all levels, be able to work independently but also as a member of a team, and have the ability to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.- Organised and methodical, with a commitment to accuracy and detail, you will need to work effectively under pressure, work on your own initiative, have experience of using IT systems, and be fully appreciative of the need for discretion and confidentiality.- **Flexible working**:
