**Customer Team Member**
- Location: The Co-operative Food, 7 High Street, Crail, KY10 3TA- Pay: £10.90- Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, temporary, part-time, 6 months- Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.- Full, paid training provided-

- Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, %PO% support with tasks on the post office counter, %PO% %bakery% working in our in-store bakery %bakery% and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events
