**The Role & Responsibilities**

The role will work within the MI and Analytics team within the Enterprise Division and will be responsible for production of both regular and adhoc reporting, as well as conducting analysis of the division’s data to support answering of questions criticalto the business. The role is accountable for the timely production and accuracy of MI and reporting across a broad range of areas, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Risk, and is likely to include building relationships with key executives.
The role will work with divisional stakeholders, as well as partners in the CTO and Finance functions, to ensure a flow of insightful information. A key element of the role will be to support the digitalisation agenda, enabling the migration from manualproduction to an automated self-service environment. This revolves around creating new and improving existing reporting in Power BI.
- Support the execution of the Enterprise Franchise's business strategy via timely and insightful reporting
- This role is not just about producing reports - it’s about helping drive value by interpreting what they tell us
- Work with project teams to ensure data is at the heart of decision making, execution and post implementation analysis
- Transform how we produce and interpret data about our business - maximizing use of available technology
- Work with wider Shawbrook teams (e.g., Risk, Finance) to ensure that all financial and regulatory reporting requirements are met
**The Person**
**Essential**
- Solid understanding of tools and infrastructure at the forefront of reporting and analytics
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI, both creating beautiful, engaging reports and architecting complex data models
- 2+ years of experience with SQL at a high level of technical competence
- Confident with Microsoft SQL server
**Desired**
- 1+ years of experience in a Property Finance or Business Banking environment
