**Locomotive Workshop Team Leader - Stoke on Trent**

**The Role**:

- Lead and develop a team of Fitters and Technicians to ensure all Technicians to ensure all production deadlines are met to relevant standards.
- Provide technical expertise on all aspects inspecting the work of the team

**Your Profile**:

- ONC, HNC OR BTEC in Mechanical Engineering or Apprenticeship
- Locomotive experience is essential
- Clear leadership skills and an appetite for learning
- Right to work in the UK

**Hours**:
Shifts: 6-2.30 / 2-10.30 with early finish on a Fridays (12.5% shift allowance)
