**The Team**
We are looking for an enthusiastic new member of the team to take on a key role within our operations team. The role holder will be required to provide support to teams within the Estates Management & Development Directorate, including taking responsibility for some specific small projects and occasional survey work, alongside providing practical assistance in routine tasks associated with managing the Estate.
**The Role**
The post holder will operate as first point of contact for the Directorate and will answer queries from across the University and externally. This will require the post holder to take responsibility and ownership of internal and external communications, and certain aspects of day-to-day operational elements within the team's remit.
**Key Requirements**
Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to manage and develop data systems autonomously and become involved in a wide range of projects and functions across a large Directorate.
Ability to demonstrate good all-round technical competence with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to assist with budgetary control and monitoring.
