- Updating event webpages using Webvision
- Creating event registration and feedback forms using FormAssembly
- Managing delegate registrations within Salesforce
- Preparing name badges and materials for onsite
- Working with various digital event tools such as BrightTalk, Zoom and Teams
- Running speaker tech checks for Digital Forums
- Providing staff training and guidance on digital tools and event processes
- Responding to delegate enquiries
- Running data quality checks and updating records within Salesforce
- Creating accurate, insightful and timely reports on event registrations, attendance and engagement data
- Assisting the events team with any other tasks on an ad-hoc basis
- Provide regular reporting to the Events Executive and Director of Events as required

(Training will be given on programs and databases)
