We are now looking for a Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire..
**As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include:
- **
- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyors diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.

Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working flexibly between 8.00am and 6.00pm depending on business needs.
