Elevated Knowledge is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Education to lead our apprenticeship program and initiatives. As the Head of Education, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the educational strategy for our apprenticeship program, and ensuring that all of our apprentices receive the highest quality training and education.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement an educational strategy for our apprenticeship program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Design, develop and deliver high-quality training and education programs for our apprentices, using a range of delivery methods and resources.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our apprentices receive the right training and support to meet the requirements of their apprenticeship program.

Ensure that our apprentices are able to meet the competencies required for their apprenticeship program, as set out in the relevant apprenticeship standards.

Manage and oversee a team of trainers, assessors, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance and support to ensure that they meet their goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our apprenticeship program, using data to inform decision-making and to continuously improve and optimize our program.

Work with apprenticeship bodies, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure that our program remains up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the industry.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards, including those related to apprenticeship delivery and funding.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in delivering apprenticeship training and education, with a proven track record of success.

Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and frameworks, as well as the relevant regulatory requirements and funding rules.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Experience of managing and motivating a team of trainers, assessors, and support staff.

Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
