The Role:
ToyGalaxy seeks a Cycle Sales Wizard to not only dazzle our customers but also steer our cycle department through an exhilarating journey of growth and innovation. This isn’t just any sales role; it’s your chance to lead a lively department, renowned for its commitment to cycling and the local community. You will ensure our cycle sales flourish through proactive engagement, strategic merchandising, and passionate promotion of our cycling culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dynamic Sales and Customer Service: Be the energetic face of our cycle department. Engage with customers with your infectious enthusiasm and expert knowledge. Your goal? To boost sales and ensure each customer leaves more excited about cycling than when they arrived.
- Strategic Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Creatively display our cycles and accessories to maximise visual appeal and sales potential. Craft compelling product presentations that resonate with all who visit.
- Purchasing and Inventory Oversight: Curate a captivating cycle range that meets our community’s needs. Manage inventory with precision, ensuring we are well-stocked for success throughout the year.
- Marketing Innovation: Propel the growth of our cycle department with cutting-edge marketing strategies. Work alongside the marketing team to craft campaigns that spotlight our cycles and engage the local community.
- Workshop and Department Coordination: Maintain an efficient, orderly workshop. Coordinate with the Cycle Mechanic to ensure a seamless workflow and uphold the highest standards of repair and maintenance.
- Regular Cleaning and Upkeep: Keep the cycle department pristine and inviting. Regularly organise cleaning and tidying sessions to ensure the department is always at its best.
- Community Engagement and Event Management: Organise and lead cycling events that engage local enthusiasts and attract new patrons. Build lasting relationships through these events, keeping our brand at the forefront of the community’s mind.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,452.64-£22,231.67 per year

Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
