Job Purpose
- Working for a manufacturing company that provides access products to the construction industry.
- As part of the technical sales team you’ll provide customer support, product knowledge & order processing
- Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries
- Outbound calling following up on website enquiries & contacting lapsed customers.
- Follow up higher value quotations within 24 hours of issue.
- Adding all quotations to the follow up pipeline.
- Fact finding, information gathering.
- Maximise the quote conversion.
- Identify other tenders and main contractor decision makers as required to maximise conversion.
- Be methodical in the managing, prioritising, and tracking of the quote opportunities.
- Making customers aware of new products available
- Data entry
- Ensure that all customer correspondence is responded to in a timely fashion, aiming for same working day response.

- Salary is up to £24,000pa (DOE) (great career opportunities)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company pension contribution 7%
